This service is rendered directly by TECON for maritime lines/ship-owners or their agents and comprehends container handling or general cargo of berthed ships.

These services comprise container handling as well as general cargo as listed below. They are rendered directly for importers , exporters and cabotage users or directly for maritime lines, on a case by case basis:

- Bonded warehouse for containers and general cargo (outdoors or warehouse);
- Storage of empty containers;
- Power supply and monitoring of reefers;
- Stuffing and stripping of import/export containers;
- Inspection of containers or general cargo under surveillance organs requirements;
- Container and general cargo weighing;
- Simple or chemical empty container cleansing;
- Container transport.
